2026 Annual General Meeting

Our 2026 annual general meeting will be held on Friday 17 July at 11am at the Dovestone Conference Centre, Lingley Mere Business Park, Lingley Green Avenue, Great Sankey, Warrington WA5 3LP.

S311A of the Companies Act 2006 requires that the following information is provided: as at 19 June 2026, the total number of shares in the company in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights at the meeting is 742,864,028 ordinary shares of five pence each. Each ordinary share has one vote. The deferred shares do not carry any voting rights.
