Annual General Meeting

Our 2024 annual general meeting will be held on Friday 19 July at 11am at the The Conference Centre, Lingley Mere Business Park, Lingley Green Avenue, Great Sankey, Warrington WA5 3LP.

S311A of the Companies Act 2006 requires that the following information is provided as at 17 June 2024, the total number of shares in the company in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights at the meeting is 681,888,418 ordinary shares of five pence each. Each ordinary share has one vote. The deferred shares do not carry any voting rights.
