United Utilities currently have resource partners and a subsequent Preferred Supplier List which covers all permanent and temporary recruitment across all UU functions. All of these resourcing partners have undertaken a rigorous selection process and have agreed to submit candidates according to United Utilities’ way of working using our Agency portal.

At the current time, we have no plans to review our supplier list. We would therefore ask that you refrain from routinely contacting HR or Supply Chain and that you do not approach hiring managers directly. Please be aware that we do not accept unsolicited CVs from vendors, including recruitment agencies and/or search firms.

Our temporary recruitment is managed by our partner Rullion. If you wish to be considered as a secondary supplier of temporary candidates please contact supply chain.

We appreciate this may come as disappointing news but we would ask for your understanding of these arrangements.
