What will the online tests be like?

You will receive instructions from our testing partner SHL. The online assessment is a short, engaging assessment relevant to our apprentice roles and will give us a view of your fit and potential in the role

The tests don’t take long to complete and you don’t need to prepare in advance. Just relax and answer the questions honestly. They are not timed and you can take a break and come back to complete them at a later time if needed. The assessments can be completed on a wide range of devices including a mobile phone or tablet through to a laptop or desktop. We recommend that you should make sure you’re in a quiet room with no interruptions.
