Please make sure you have the following information to hand before you start completing the form, this will make it much quicker to complete:

  • Income and expenditure information for all adults in the household
  • Details about the benefits you receive

If you just want to apply for a temporary payment break, or would like to discuss setting up a payment plan to make your bill more affordable, you don’t need to complete this form, simply call us on 0800 072 6765 and we can do this over the phone.

Heavy rainfall and sewer flooding

The heavy rainfall may be causing flooding in some parts of the region.

Our teams are out working hard across the region helping our customers who have experienced sewer flooding in their homes.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.
