You can find your account number at the top of your bill or by logging into My Account.

If you don't have a recent bill to hand, don't worry - we can help. You can webchat with us by clicking on the Live Chat logo on the right of your screen or call us on 0345 672 2888.

We will need to take you through some security questions before we can provide you with your account number, in order to keep your data safe.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.
