Make life easier with a Direct Debit

Why not pay your bill in smaller chunks over the year by setting up a Direct Debit? It's better than paying in one lump sum and we'll even knock £5 off your water bill every year for paying in this way.

The great thing with a Direct Debit is that you can choose a payment plan which is good for you. Get paid every four weeks? Not a problem, you can choose a four-weekly Direct Debit and pick the date you'd like the payment to be made. Prefer weekly payments? We can do that too. Once set up, your payments are taken automatically from your bank account, meaning it's one less thing for you to worry about.

To set up a Direct Debit with us, you will need to register for My Account - our free online service which allows you to view your account online. Once registered, you can access your account at any time to pay your bill, give a meter reading, review your statement and update your personal details. You can even choose to receive your bills electronically rather than by post.
