Flexible Payment Plans

Spreading your payments over the year can really help to make your water bill more affordable. Our payment plans flex around your life, so you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly - whatever suits you.

We’ve also made it really easy to make payments whenever you wish using our app, paying online or visiting a Payzone or Paypoint outlet or Post Office.

If you have a bank account, the easiest way to pay is to set up a Direct Debit so that your payments are taken from your account automatically.

You can set up a Direct Debit online by logging in to My Account.

If you would prefer to pay via cash or debit/credit card we can set up a payment plan schedule so you know exactly how much to pay and when you need to pay.

You can set up a payment plan schedule by visiting our Contact us form and select ‘Payment arrangements/set up’ on the drop down menu. You will then need to provide the following information in the ‘Tell us about your query’ box:

  • Frequency of payment (choose from: Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Annually)
  • Preferred payment plan start date
  • You will then be asked on the next screen to provide your personal details including name, address, account number, phone number and email.

Once we have this information we will send you a payment plan schedule listing your payment amounts and the date each payment needs to be made based on your frequency preference. You can also set up a payment plan by calling us on 0800 072 6765.
