Low Income Water Discount

Support for customers with low household incomes

Family photoWe want to do all we can to help those customers who are most in need of our support with their water bill due to the fact they have a low household income.

Customers who meet our eligibility criteria will automatically receive a £50 annual discount on their water charges. You will see this discount on your first water bill due on or after 1st April each year that you qualify.

We will assess if you are eligible for the discount each year on a qualifying date.

    • For the 2025/26 discount the qualifying date was 1 December 2024
    • For the 2026/27 discount the qualifying date was 1 December 2025
