To get your account set up simply give us a call on 0345 026 7661 and our friendly team will be able to help you with the lowest tariff, talk you through the easiest payment options as well as understanding any additional support or requirements you may have.

The best time to let us know you are moving is on your move in date, however we know you might be a little busy that day, so within a couple of days after would be great too.

You will need:

  • the date you moved (or are due to move) out of your home
  • a reading from your old and new address if either has a water meter
  • your new address or forwarding details

Heavy rainfall and sewer flooding

Heavy rainfall and snow across the North West may be causing flooding in some parts of the region.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.

Our teams are out working hard across the region helping our customers who have experienced sewer flooding in their homes.

Please be aware that our phone lines are much busier than normal, take a look at our flooding page for further advice on what to do if you’re affected by flooding.
