If you've never been a customer of United Utilities, we're here to help you settle in.

We know things are busy when you move home but we would love to help you get settled in. To get your account set up simply give us a call on 0345 026 7661 and our friendly team will be able to help you with the lowest tariff, talk you through the easiest payment options, and discuss any additional support or requirements you may have.

Please be aware that our phone lines are much busier than normal, take a look at our flooding page for further advice on what to do if you’re affected by flooding.
