We’ve now fixed the burst affecting water supplies in your area. One of our technicians will be out shortly to begin to refill the water main and get customers in the area back on supply. This may take a bit of time, as this will need to be done gradually in order to avoid any additional damage occurring on the pipework.

Just to let you know, we’ve found the cause of no water or low pressure to be due to a burst near Brooklyn Drive.
