Coronavirus update - a message to customers

This is a challenging time for us all right now and our role at United Utilities is to make sure that water keeps flowing to the tap, toilets can be flushed and we’re there for customers struggling and worrying about bills and those more vulnerable among our communities. We’re closely following all the Government and Public Health England guidelines and advice so what we do and how we do it protects our people and the wider community to ensure we’re keeping everyone as safe as possible. Our teams will continue to be out and about in your area over the coming weeks. They are doing essential and emergency work which means those core services keep going and our pipes, pumps and water and wastewater treatment works keep working.
