North West Locations

We have two large customer service teams based in great locations.

Our Billing Contact Centre in Whitehaven in Cumbria is a friendly and lively place to work. Customers call us here if they want to speak to us about their water bill. The types of things we get asked about include payment queries, changes to customer details and general account queries.

Our Head Office site in Lingley Mere, Warrington is a great place to work.

There is a real sense of community. We work in close knit teams and support each other all the way. A great way to start your career is by understanding the kind of things our customers contact us for and you will be involved in responding to letters and emails received from our customers regarding anything to do with their account. This may still involve picking up the phone to find out the best way to help the customer; but great service is all about understanding the enquiry and then finding out the best way of helping the customer.
