Working for our customers 24 hours a day, every day, we want to make sure our standards of service are the very best – so as to be even better than the minimum levels set out in the industry's Guaranteed Standards Scheme. We are continuously improving our standards of service by keeping three simple promises:

  • We will deliver a high standard of service at all times
  • If we don’t reach those standards, we will fix problems as quickly as possible
  • We will provide compensation when it’s appropriate to do so
