Over the coming years, we’ll be delivering an ambitious programme of investment which will support the region’s growth.
Our 2015-2020 business plan outlines five key customer promises, and is the result of thousands of conversations with our customers and stakeholders, detailed consultations with our water regulator, Ofwat and scrutiny by an independent panel, YourVoice.
Our Performance 2015-2016
As part of letting you know how we’re delivering those promises, in July each year, starting in 2016, we’ll share our progress.
Our Annual Performance Report 2015-2016 (APR) is the new regulatory report to Ofwat submitted each year to our regulator, Ofwat, to show how we’ve done against our customer promises.
