Our annual return to Ofwat
Reporting our performance to Ofwat
All water companies are required to submit an annual return to Ofwat, the water industry's regulator, covering their activities in the previous financial year.
It shows how we’re performing in key areas like: supply interruptions, customer complaints and leakage. The report, known as the June Return, allows Ofwat to compare the comparative performance of all the water companies.

This year, Ofwat has changed the way water companies will be assessed and introduced a suite of key performance indicators based around:

- Reliability and availability
- Environmental impact
- Financial performance
