Our Office Support Assistant roles provide office administration and postal support to the Billing Back Office and Collections departments.

Ability to work to targets, as well as being organised and efficient are key skills and attributes we look for when we recruit for this role. Managing the flow of work, as well as handling internal and external contacts to tight deadlines are the main day-to-day tasks which is why we need organised and efficient people in this role. 

Office Support Assistants must be able to work as part of a team, working closely with Customer Advisors and Team Managers, as well as be able to understand regulatory rules and guidelines that the contact centre operation works within.
