“The finance graduate scheme is extremely fast paced and exciting. You have the opportunity to move around the finance function and work in a range of diverse teams; gaining valuable business knowledge and skills.
The scheme also allows you to develop a varied work experience portfolio that will contribute towards your final CIMA qualification.
Over the past three years, I’ve gained some invaluable experiences that have allowed me to develop both personally and professionally.
I have been given my own responsibilities throughout my placement and have had the opportunity to work on a number of initiatives outside of my day role. This has been a great chance to network and understand the wider business function."
