In The Flow is United Utilities' exciting online customer research community.
Our research community is made up of over 1000 diverse United Utilities customers from across the North West.
We're looking for customers like you to sign up to the panel to share your views on a wide range of topics and have your say on water and wastewater services in our region.
We have a great incentive scheme to say thank you for your contribution.
Each week we have surveys, polls and discussions to help us better understand what customers want and value. Our modern platform also enables you to start your own discussions on what matters most to you.
All activities are optional, meaning you can complete as many as you want to. The more feedback you give, the more points and vouchers you’ll be eligible for and you'll have a bigger contribution to United Utilities’ decision making.
