Our Customer Care Advisor jobs deal with a wide-variety of billing-related queries from our customers.
Being passionate about delivering excellent customer service and
taking ownership of the resolution of queries and issues is paramount in
this role. Also important is the management of customer expectations -
in other words - doing what you say you're going to do - and keeping
the customer informed every step of the way.
Being able to quickly build a rapport with our customers, as well as
showing empathy and able to put the customer at ease if needed are key
attributes we look for in our new recruits. Dealing with many different
customers in a variety of situations all with different needs, calls
for resilience, determination and a positive can-do attitude in our
Billing team.
As many of the queries a Customer Care Advisor deals with relate to
the numbers on customers' bills; attention to detail and good numeracy
skills are pre-requisites for applicants for this role.
