Our Back Office Customer Advisor jobs are responsible for owning and
resolving written and telephone contacts from our customers.
The ability to deliver excellent customer service by taking ownership
of the customers' queries and issues is paramount in this role. Being
able to build engaging relationships, as well as showing empathy with
our customers should things go wrong are key attributes we look for.
Also important is the management of customer expectations - in other
words, doing what you say you're going to do; and keeping the customer
informed every step of the way. Furthermore, the ability to understand
and follow the regulatory rules for handling written and telephone
contacts is key.
As some of the queries a Billing Back Office Customer Advisor deals
